Because the formula combines multiple vasodilating ED medications, clinical screening matters. Men using nitrates, guanylate cyclase stimulators, certain blood pressure medications, or other ED drugs should not treat this as interchangeable with a standard single-ingredient sildenafil or tadalafil prescription.
